Being new to the area I researched carefully for a new stylist ... Moxy's Salon & Spa reflected a 5 star customer rating, the stylist bio listed 18 years experience including some years in Toronto ... I was optimistic ... I couldn't have been more wrong ... she didn't have a clue ... my hair was destroyed, roughly cropped so short I can't get it fixed elsewhere for some time ... this after a 3 month wait during COVID for a fresh cut. I'm beyond disappointed. The salon itself was clean, and the Customer Service Rep was very pleasant.
