This place is unbelievable. By using the rental Centre the most I can I've literally been able to cut the amount of hours I spent doing various jobs. There's a tool for everything there that will speed things up and save you money completing renovation or construction work.

First time customer and bought a chain saw. Used it once for only a few minutes. It wasn't quite powerful enough so I called and said hey can I bring this one back and get the next model up... the customer service guy says no buddy you're out of luck buddy... I don't know why he thought I was his buddy. Anyway he says STIHL's policy is you can bring it back in 7 days and today is Day 8. I said come on, I'll pay 50 or whatever extra if it helps but there must be something I can do here. All I got was no buddy you're out of luck. Wow. You can tell this guy doesn't own the business. He couldn't give 2 you know what's whether or not he gets repeat business from us.
Bought a Stihl backpack blower and trimmer from them. They were very helpful in terms of explaining the differences between the various models. I was expecting to go in and just pick up a few boxes and have to assemble them myself. I was very surprised to find that they had already assembled and fully gassed the units. They showed me exactly how to operate them and how to maintain the units and even offered some very helpful advice in terms of accessories. This was by far the best gardening equipment purchase that I have ever made and will definitely be back for more.
Spend the little extra and go to Battlefield or you will likely pay in the long run. Read the responses from the owner below on other reviews, that is the level of customer service provided still at this point. I wish I had read the reviews and responses first.
All the staff here are fantastic they want to help you all the time.. l was so impressed with there professionalism.
