I bought a product from them that stopped working after only 4 months. They had no interest in helping me and were all to happy to blame it on corporate policy. One of the guys was quite rude and arrogant about it.

Waited 15 minutes to be helped because everyone was busy which is fine, but no one said anything to me while I waited. Felt like my presence was ignored. Then a new customer walked in and everyone started greeting him and welcoming him. Someone had to literally walk by me to get somewhere and it was like I wasn’t even there. Bad first impression of the company. The little things matter!

I just had the pleasure of dealing with this location which I’ve learned is privately owned and operated. Rogers (corporate) is giving me the run around about a rented modem return so I visited this location only to learn that I couldn’t return it there, I must drive to the closest return location which is approx 45 min away. Phil, a representative of this store talked me off the ledge as I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with Rogers and their disorganization. He gave me several more convenient options. I would hire him in a second.
