This fellow did a great job on our horse's boots... only problem was it took all of about 15 minutes, if that, to put 3 snaps each on 2 boots. Unbelievably he wanted 50 and ended up taking 40! We didn't want anything for free but felt 200 an hour was exorbitant. He did spend considerable time looking for his tools which he said other people had misplaced but we didn't feel we should pay for that. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because we should have asked for a quote upfront and that was our mistake and he did do a good job.
