Called the day before to place order to pick up in the morning. They took the order said, no problem it will be ready for 9AM. I showed up at 8:50AM. Door was locked, even though they open at 8. Knocked on door, no one answered. I could see other customers standing inside waiting. I knocked again and continued waiting. Stood outside for 10 minutes before one of the other customers left with their food and went in behind him. I could see my order with my name on it sitting on a table right inside the door. Figured I'd be in and out quick. I was wrong. Stood inside for another 10 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. I said "excuse me" multiple times, I was either ignored or told "1 minute". I heard a knock at the door so I let that person in while I was waiting to be acknowledged. It was one of the delivery service people and she walked right up and said "excuse me", the waitress must of recognized her or something but she dropped what she was doing and came right over. I interrupted them and asked to pay for my meal since it was sitting ready to go, so that I could leave. Not sure what makes the food delivery people have priority over a paying customer standing there waiting. Over all it took me 25 minutes to pick up and pay for an order that was sitting there ready to go. Completely unexceptable. By the time I got home everything was cold and needed to be reheated. Will not be back. No excuses for the tremendous lack of customer service.

Was here for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint. I’m a big fan of breakfast and I do find it hard to find a good place to eat in Cobourg. Not a lot of options. From the first interaction with the staff upon entry to the server and and leaving everyone was so friendly and cheerful. Always a smile. With the food there was definitely a lot of it and was so tasty. I have nothing to complain about other than I wish I could try more menu options. So much that looks great. I will be back and I suggest you give this new place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was decent. Food was pretty good. Pancakes were really good (we got the cinnamon cake ones). A touch on the dry side, but still really well flavoured with cinnamon and sugar. Had a nice crispy edge to it too. Portion sizes were pretty good/average for the price too.

This was my second time visiting this establishment. My first visit was when they first opened and it was a good experience practically flawless. Returning today confirmed for me that this place knows what they are doing. Affordable, great food comfortable. My observations lead me to believe that pandemic practices are being followed. The service is of special note because as we are well aware the server is the face of the establishment during your time there. Our waitress, Julie, was friendly attentive welcoming. Treated us as family and I noted her authenticity in serving other guests. If you haven't visited this place yet or have it's time to go. Excellent! Enough said!

What a great breakfast place and amazing service. The food came in large portions and was supper tasty. Best crepes. Service was supper friendly and quick. A great addition to Cobourg. Will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a yummy breakfast of a Greek omelet with home fries, rye toast and a side of bacon. The food was plentiful and delicious. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I will definitely return and I look forward to becoming a regular.

My wife and I had a fabulous breakfast. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. Krista was our server and she was delightful and efficient. So happy places are opening up again, we'll be back for sure.
