Loved it. Esp the house keeper. She is an amazing hard worker who accommodated me and my family with any thing we needed. Nice family atmosphere and close to downtown and Tim Horton's. The rooms could use some work some TLC but all around wonderful. We will be back

It's a quiet motel. Front desk was helpful. Would stay there again. It's a bit dated. But only there to sleep.. so worth it..
Beware the bedbugs. Hubby stayed there for two nights a week ago and was eaten by bed bugs, he stayed in room 111 and reported this to the health department. Management didn't care. I have to give a star to be able to post, does not deserve a star from me as now we have to be careful to clean everything before bringing his things back into our house as not to get those nasty bedbugs.
Despite the negative reviews from a year and more ago, this motel awed us! For the price, we did expect far less than we got, but others in Cobourg area were all full for our 2-night requirement. The room was super clean and huge, compared to others we've stayed in before. The 2 beds were queens and extremely comfortable and clean (and 3 pillows each!) We made good use of the little fridge, and there was a microwave as well. There are very user-friendly controls for both heating AND air-conditioning (separate). The bathroom was very clean and the dressing area counter was about 8 feet long, separate from the toilet/tub room - wonderful plus for 2 ladies!!! Cable TV offered a huge selection of TV and radio stations with good reception. Rooms were very quiet - away from the highway, and backing onto a wooded lot. Awesome!!! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Raj!!!

They did not have any vacancys, which I cannot blame them on that. But when asked if there was somewhere close by since we just drove 10 hrs he offered no help. We ended up driving to the lotus which was fairly close and he could have directed
The rooms are comfortable, and somewhat small, giving you that homey kind of feel. The wifi password is pineapple401 just to let you know. And it's close enough to everything else that you don't have to go too far for food.
This is a nice motel. I didn't see any bedbugs or notice any other problems. The wifi worked, although its existence did not seem to be noted anywhere. The other guests seemed OK. Overall, a very good motel for the price.
