Lied about price. Did not use correct replacement screen. Did not install new screen properly. Took 3 days to get my phone back and the screen broke again literally 20 minutes later from use. Cannot stress enough how bad this experience was.

Poor customer service. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. They posted a sign saying they would \be back in 15 mins\, at the time when I was told to come back. I waited 45 minutes, watched 6 other customers come and wait then leave, and NO ONE SHOWED UP! This is the third time I came in today to try and collect my phones that were finished DAYS AGO, and I never was notified. Would give no stars if possible. Save yourself the hassle, and spend a little extra money to see a professional retailer that understands business management and customer service standards. This guy just wants your money and wants your phones - doesn't care if you're happy or not with the service.
Just want to put it out there that telephonia express in the mall will rip u off the price may seem right but they will mess up your phone in the long run they replaces my screen on my iPhone 8 Plus then only to have it get glitchy, when I tried to take it back the tech ignored me and my messages and my calls! Then I took it to a actual apple Repair place and I found out the screen was not an apple screen which he said it was, he also forgot to put to parts back in my phone and also broke something inside!!!! I have still tried to contact him and gotten no response!!!! So please beware and for the benefit If not getting ripped off take your phone to a proper dealer and not A scammer!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I should’ve believed the poor reviews. I would give NO stars if possible. Georgina, the girl who works there is incredibly rude. She has no respect for customers. She was yelling at me, while the owner was right in front of her. She would’ve kept going if the owner didn’t tell her to stop a few times. She should be fired!!!!! Took my phone in because the screen had gone black. Everything worked prior to taking my screen in to be fixed. Georgina was the one who fixed it. Once I got home the screen was acting up, I had ABSOLUTELY no sound whatsoever. I didn’t check the sound before I left because why would I think there would be no sound. I went in the next day and Georgina told me I had to come back the following day to see the tech guy (owner). Went in today and was gone a literal second and there apparently was water in my phone, but how would that happen when it was sitting on a dresser with no water in sight. We paid 130 for an even worse phone now. Save yourself the hassle and go to youbreakIfix it in Whitby. Please DO NOT go here. They do terrible work and have even worse customer service.
Edit- broken pieces of the lens were left in, when the lens was replaced. I had to go somewhere else and pay again to have the lens removed, the pieces cleaned out and then a new lens installed. (Great, fast service! I am in Cobourg for business and the glass cover over my phone camera broke. The piece was replaced as I waited, and at a very reasonable price.)
