I got a box of the chocolate chunk shortbread in a gift basket from my mom. I'd never heard of this company, and I'm not usually one to do reviews. However, these shortbread cookies are absolutely delicious. They aren't lying about a \melt-in-your-mouth shortbread experience\. Love, will be ordering more!

Very cute packaging. However, I personally did not like these cookies. Felt for shortbread they were way over cooked. Shortbread should not be overcooked or the butter burns and they taste like it. The cookies are also very tiny so for the amount you get it's expensive. To me they did taste overcooked and burnt. Shortbread should be light buttery and white. Anyway not for me.
Just picked up the most delicious Classic Shortbread. I saw it as a victory to get most of it home. Rosie was very helpful and very polite. The Shortbread Company is at the top of my list. Good luck with the home-schooling Rosie! Thank you.......Dave
