Every member of staff I have dealt with has been consistently helpful and cheerful. The last time I was in, James went way beyond the call of duty to figure out what electronic equipment I needed and to guide me through it patiently, in terms I could understand. A great little store!

Didn't have what I wanted but the staff is friendly and helpful.
Any Source store I have been in the customer service has been excellent, but in the Cobourg store the service was beyond excellent. Tanya and Athena took time and demonstrated great patience and kindness towards my Mother when she purchased her first cell phone yesterday. They took almost two hours helping her set it up and patiently explaining how it worked to her. They even encouraged her to come back in at any time if she had questions or concerns and they would help her at no extra charge. My Mother says that they have a customer for life.
