The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable right from the first interaction. Bev and the team on the Physio therapy side are very knowledgeable and ready and willing to help you achieve your goals. I am recovering from a partial knee replacement. They are all wonderful. Everybody smiles, no matter the time you walk in, or how busy!! I love that. I am a very high anxiety, and they keep me feeling very comfortable. Shannon is hilarious and Jodi is an absolute joy. Manish, well I like him most the time, but sometimes I suspect he enjoys the torture...lol..just joking, he is patient and kind. Kindness is important. Over all a spectacular, light hearted environment, with great physio..

Experienced my 5th knee surgery(2 on left and 3 on right), and We Fix U has helped me get to my goal of 120 degree bend and 0 degree when straight. They are flexible with times for appointments and offer suggestions. Highly suggest this company!

November 2019 was my first time coming to we fix u. For every appointment that I went, the front desk staff always remembered my name. I had to return this year of 2021, I was in a Motor vehicle accident. I wanted to come back to We fix u because it has been the only clinic I have been to. There has only been one time that my appointment was behind schedule, it did feel a little rushed that day but they were very busy. Other than that they are always punctual and the staff is very friendly. There is one employee who works as an assistance in the physio section named Jodi. Her kindness shows and you can really see that she enjoys her job. I always feel well taken care of when she is working :) We fix u bills my insurance directly which I always like. I would give the cobourg location 5 stars for cleanliness and 5 stars for customer service !

Sarikha Jha is my physiotherapist at the Oshawa location, and is the most warm and experienced physio I have ever met. She seems to have X-ray vision (she seems to know exactly where to point and treat). She is always willing to educate me. The Oshawa team are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I would always recommend them!
