I recently placed an order with Cobra, and after some problems, the order had to be cancelled. I appreciate the way that David Goodman handled this situation, pushing my order through although it shouldn't have, as I was in a state of need and it seemed like the thing to do. But, oh well! Life happens! So three stars for delivery, but five stars for Mr. Goodmans customer service skills.
