My partner and I bought our property thru I-levante estate agents in Cocentaina. Clive the owner couldn't have been more attentive and professional, Nothing was too much trouble for him, we told him what we were looking for and he went out of his way to find the exact house for us. He sorted all the paperwork for us making sure everything was put into our names, and even took us to the town hall and doctors surgery to get us registered. And it didn't stop there, Having been taken ill Clive took time out of his office to transport me back and forth to the hospital in Valencia, literally nothing was too much trouble. I would without a doubt highly recommend I-Levante to any future people and would not hesitate to us him in the future for our house sale and another purchase.

Clive arranged lots of viewings and sold our campo house very quickly, despite the restrictions of Covid. He gave us very good advice and found us cash buyers. He also oversaw all the paperwork necessary and kept us informed of developments at all times.
