Vickie Desmond (finance manager) was on point and personally took charge of expediting my cross country purchase. Worst car service I've ever been. My issues have never been resolved on one visit. Always requires another one. They apologize all the time but it is consistent. They don't care your car interior a lot. Every time when I pick up my car, I have to clean the fingerprints of the technician from several interior surfaces. I wish I could trust and feel comfortable about the quality of service and their care. They even don't care how strong they deal with bolts as last time the cargo bar pieces disappeared while driving. I have zero trust to the service department. Take your car to meineke, pep boys or others, you will definitely get a better service.
