I ordered off the app and put in the instructions to have my drinks as 1 sweet tea, and 1 root beer and in capital letters I said to toast both sandwiches. Upon arriving and picking up my food I asked the lady if she did what was in the instructions and if sandwiches were toasted and she told me yes. When I got home they gave me coke instead of sweet tea and neither sandwich was toasted.
At Subway in Cochran, GA I ordered the 6-inch turkey breast on wheat bread. The bread and all the ingredients were fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job as usual on my sandwich. Overall, I had an exceptional customer service experience.
