For the 3rd time this month I have attempted to purchase major items from this business. They are not interested in sales and I have driven to city to spend my dollars. Too bad as i am sure they will complain no one shops locally. I wont bother to try to support them any more. Sad.

Great place to shop if you don't need lumber. The staff inside the store are great and very helpful but once you head out to door A or B your experience is sure to change. You hand your order sheet to one of the boys in the yard and your lucky to even get a grunt .they say nothing to you throw your order in the truck and walk away.I suggest getting out and checking your order been given the wrong wood on more than one occasion .now I go to home hardware first and if they don't have it then I roll the dice on castle

No one ever appoarches you to help you find anything.... cold miserable looking staff. Unless your in the clothing department.... friendly dark haired lady is the friendliest most helpful person there hands down.

I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing from the cash to the yard. They take their time with you no matter the question, the delivery service is great, quick and professional. I used to go to home hardware and was always unsatisfied. Either the kids don't know what they're talking about or the cashiers are, not for the lack of better words, disrespectful or they just don't carry what I need. Brisson all the way! I love you guys lol
