Sweet Sage Massage is a great place with excellent practitioners. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Pamela Paul is my regular massage therapist and I appreciate her professionalism and ability. As well, I have had a cupping foot treatment as well as massage from Janee Punter with positive results. If I require any acupuncture treatments, I would have no hesitation to book with Dr.Lauren Appleton as she has been recommended to me by other acupuncturists.

I've been visiting Pam for a few years and I have always felt rejuvenated, restored and relaxed. Definitely one of Cochranes's best places for a massage. A clean, professional spa environment is an experience that I look forward to every month. Thanks Pam and all the wonderful staff!
Greta pricing, amazing massages and a lot of available times when needing to loosen up those muscles and tendons. Now i miss not being able to go see Pam once a month when needed. Cant do that on the other side of the country
Pam is not only an amazing massage therapist but she is professional and has a true passion for her work! Pam will be introducing her new oil line shortly and I was so thankful to be one of the first to receive a sample bottle! I have been using it every day since she gave it to me, and I absolutely love it! The natural oils give my face a glowing complexion while reducing my wrinkles! Amazing! The environment is super relaxing and she is a very talented masseuse. You can tell she puts in extra effort, with heated pads, hot towels, mint oil, ect. Always look forward to going for a massage here
