Tara was amazing! This was my first IPL treatment so I had no idea what to expect; Tara was very thorough and explained what she was doing with each step and what I would feel throughout the treatment. She followed up with aftercare information and expectations and I am already seeing great results! Thanks so much :)

I truly loved my experience here! The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. I had Carol do my treatment and not only was she hilarious but a wealth of knowledge when it came to skincare. She was able to inform me of the other treatments they offer but I never felt pressured (however I would like to book them all). I am looking forward to going back, I cannot recommend this place enough!
New Radiance has the most welcoming and helpful crew. I always feel like they have my and my skins best interests at heart. I get My botox done there and they always work hard to fit me in. They helped me handle some of my biggest insecurities and give sage advice on how to tackle your skin goals.
The girls at New Radiance Spa, are nothing shy of AMAZING!!! Tara, Shannon and Carol are very knowledgeable, very thorough, and extremely brilliant. They explained every step, reason and end goal of each treatment. They always explained the aftercare and how to achieve best results. The spa is very well decorated, clean and Stevie is the welcoming face at the front desk. The overall experience is second to none!!! I will 100% be back!
New radiance is my new favourite medi spa. My laser hair removal sessions have been by far the most thorough treatments I’ve ever had. Carol’s attention to detail is delivering perfect results and I couldn’t be happier!! I am also thrilled with the results from a glow chemical peel. I can’t wait to try out more treatments here they really have the best of the best of the lasers or radio frequency treatments. Happy to have found Carol and her team to guide me through my post-breakup transformation/glow-up!!!
