Definitely the most unprofessional rep I've experienced (I've worked with many pms before). They are not going to hold a place you like beyond 2 weeks. Other PM's advise you to apply and if someone else were to apply for an earlier date, they would just offer me a new move in date, not these guys unfortunately. The gentlemen here said it was his problem (I disagree). I would not recommend this place. Many good PM's around SB/Goleta area. Good luck folks!

I have rented an apartment from Cochrane Property Management in Lompoc for a year and half. I have had a wonderful experience living at the apartment. When ever I put in a work order, they got back to me promptly and the work was completed quickly. When ever I reach out with questions they answer me the same day.
