I would like to respond to a past review stating that uhaul needs to hire new staff!! I have dealt with uhaul many times in the past months and I've always received excellent service only because of Eric who does his best to satisfy his customers! Uhaul doesnt need to hire new staff, they need to respect and appreciate the staff they already have! Uhaul needs to have a office in Canada instead of running the business from Arizona!! If it wasnt for Eric,who manages the Cochrane Alberta outlet, the uhaul would have had to close the doors long ago! I really don't know how he has remained there as long as he has!! I could say more,but would most likely be wasting more of my time!!

Friendly staff, great rates on trucks and lots of boxes to purchase for moving. Quite happy with whole experience!
Excellent experience every time I rent from this U-Haul. I live in cochrane and often need a truck or trailer to pick things up or take things to the dump but being its such an hastle free / low cost experience I cant justify buying a trailer of my own. Every time I rent the service is excellent, and the associates are always extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
