Food great, friendly server but a little slow for a not so busy night.

I really enjoyed this place! I had to come back and update my rating! The carnitas were amazing! And so was the fresh made guacamole. I like the modern, laid-back atmosphere. It's a great location in Edina. And I know we'll definitely be back!

Great spot for a quick happy hour or dinner. Trinity is the best margarita hands-down! Try the tuna tacos or the empanadas. Plenty of space to allow for social distancing.

Definitely a let down, I had a burrito, cold tortilla, bland beans, flavorless rice and skimpy soluble meat. I’m not sure what I expected, what is the vibe this place is going for? Upscale street food? Or just watered down Mexican food? And for the price!? You could get a top notch authentic tasting burrito for a fraction of the price at any number of small family oriented authentic Mexican restaurants around town. Are the prices inflated to cover the cost of rent? I should’ve known what was coming after noticing the subpar millwork and craftsmanship of the restaurant walls and woodwork. There’s a lot of room for improvement, I suggest they have a team meeting and evaluate what is it they want to covey with their menu.

Always been one of my favorite spots! Haven’t been here in a while but still just as good as I remember. Nothing beats a clean bathroom!
