This store had a smell, like sitting water. Not sure if the odor was coming from the clothing and merchandise. Only one store associate was wearing a mask. Customers and other associates were not wearing masks. Workers were not attentive and did not greet customers, just quietly following you as if monitoring what you were doing. Did not feel that the store was using any extra measures for Covid safety. Did not feel the associates took covid seriously. This is a tourist store with many different people coming around and probably has heavy traffic from time to time. Despite any personal political belief these associates or store owners may have that has made them feel masks weren’t required of everyone, this is a business and we should feel that the business is making sure their customers are safe. We left as we did not feel comfortable and did not feel they were taking the circumstance seriously.

No masks in store whatsoever. So if you're scared of the pandemic, high risk or close to someone high risk dont go here. Beware of your item prices and order total. The "manager" who fixed a double charge on my mom's items had no sociable or hospitable skills whatsoever. He did not apologize for my poor moms inconvenience and stress on her birthday weekend, just walked away and said "done". I'm from orlando and have to wear masks 24/7, maybe cocoa beach knows something we dont either way there was one older lady with a really nasty cough who worked there and it's just not a good look during these times.

I l I love beach wave the manager there is awesome she's always happy go lucky everybody is helping each other Clarks are very knowledgeable about where things are in the store and I couldn't think of a funner place to work
