I have been waiting for an appliance to be fixed for more than 2 months now. Finally on week six, I received a call stating it would be taken care of within the week. I came home that Friday to a disassembled appliance. They keep closing my work orders claiming "there is a duplicate". I do not have time to keep hounding a property management company to perform the duties that they have been hired to do (on both ends). Absolute substandard property management company. I shouldn't have to wait this long, nor should I have to keep calling and calling to get a resolution. I am fulfilling my end of the agreement. This company is not fulfilling theirs. The argumentative responses to other negative reviews should give a clue as to the type of people you are going to be dealing with should you decide to do business with this company.

Nathan was absolutely amazing! I had two properties to deal with for an estate. Nathan was initially going to be the realtor. The first house had some issues with the septic system. Nathan managed the repairs. The second property had a buy sell on it when a pipe broke and caused extensive damage. Nathan handled finding contractors, getting estimates, lining up the work, supervising it and making sure everything was completed in a timely manner so the sale could take place as expected. I do not live in Cody. It would have been an enormous project for me to try and manage this on my own. Nathan took care of everything. I cannot reccomend him highly enough. Thank you Nathan!
