So pleased with the visit we had today! I’ve always gone to a different dentist for as long as I can remember, and when it came time for my daughters first dentist appointment, I wanted to switch things up! My sister recommended Rocky Mountain dental, and I am more than happy with our choice. The receptionist Rebecca, was so welcoming to us as soon as we walked in! Kelsey was our dental assistant, and she was so fun and patient with my daughter. Doctor Rector was quick, but thorough, and very sweet with her as well! My daughter was so comfortable with them, and it made me certain that we made the right choice in dentists!!! I immediately made her a 6 month appointment, and made one for myself and my husband as well!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

I am very impressed with the care and professionalism that Dr. Rector and her staff exhibit. They are all "top notch" in the field; they provided me with what seems to be the most current dental care while also offering compassionate treatment. They listened to my concerns and took them into account when designing and implementing my treatment plan. The ladies in the office were extremely accommodating and professional as well. I was extremely surprised by the ease and timeliness of scheduling my appointments: I have never been able to schedule appointments so quickly with any other dentist! I will continue to make the almost 300 mile drive for all of my dental needs.

Laci and her staff are simply amazing. This was my first time in their office and felt so at home. Thank you for a welcoming environment!

I had a 4:30 appointment and was rushed through the entire thing. I spoke to Dr. Rector for max 2-4 mins and she brushed off all my concerns. She was so brief that I didn't fully understand my cavity situation until I received a paper outlining expected future appointments at the end of the appointment (which will occur with a different dentist). The office accepted my insurance and I expressed concern as I knew it wasn't a great plan and she assured me the cost of their care was reasonable and they had patients with this plan in the past. I asked for the office manager to call me as she wasn't in on the day of my appointment as I wanted an idea of what I would be paying. I called a couple more times to try to get ahold of the manager but never did speak to her. Three months later a 300 bill arrives at my door (my insurance covered something ridiculous like 25...we're just talking about xrays, a cleaning, and fluoride). Had I known prior that the appointment would be that expensive (which I could have but the billing manager wasn't there on the day of my appointment and never called me back when I tried to contact her twice) I probably wouldn't have been there in the first place. Not only did I feel disrespected while the doctor rushed through my appointment and laughed at my concerns, but I felt taken advantage of by the billing department since they made no attempt to inform me of the pricing until it was due. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would urge others to do the same.
