They came out to do a backflow test on a rental property and were unable to do it because the valve needed to be replaced. They charged me the same amount to tell me they couldn't do it as they would have charged to do the test itself. They were not willing to give me credit towards doing the test or offer a discount dispite not being upfront about a mandatory service charge initially.
