Treat all people the same! For this place. If you want good quality service. You speak when spoken. If you want better service. Have insurance. No insurance means they won't be willing to help. Do everything they can just to send you away.

I would literally die before I'll ever go back there. First off, they're Baby snatchers. Second off, when my first son was a month old he couldnt eat. Dr. Geeta new what he had as soon as she looked at him, before i new something was very wrong. It took CRMC 2 weeks to figure out what was wrong with him and one night almost cut the end of his finger off changing his iv he lost the fingernail. Then shipped him off to a better hospital which they should've done 2 weeks earlier. He weighed less than 5 pounds when he finally got to Wichita, and he almost died during surgery cus of how long Crmc took diagnosis and transfer him.

Horrible hospital facility. Went it 4 times for the same issue. Kept. Not listening to a word me or my wife said. Ended up going in yesterday morning and was sent home within 20 mins without even being checked out. Ended up driving to Bartlesville Oklahoma to the hospital there and with in 3 hours diagnosed me. And treated me!! this hospital is a joke. I would highly recommend going to Bartlesville or any other facility especially if your life depends on it. Then they make you sign paperwork to cover their screw ups. Be aware of this facility. Again don't go there even if you think your dying!!!

Thanks to an injury on my foot, the Emergency room doctor Dr. Christianson provided x-rays to show no broken bones. He diagnosed a sprained ligament. Walked out wearing a boot. The attendants were gentle with knowledge. Kindness is healing.

Great staff and Facilities. Lots of volunteers to help, answer questions and get you to where you need to be. Fairly easy to find as it is only a few blocks north of the main road going through town on the west side. Plenty of parking surrounds the hospital. The nurses and doctors all seem to enjoy their job.
