We discovered this fabulous butchery by chance and now call in to buy meat every time we visit Coffs Harbour (generally fortnightly). We have our favourite "must haves" - a shoulder of lamb, organic chicken, pork chops, Mongrel sausages, beef cheeks (to die for), oyster-blade steaks, stunning bacon, and then add something different. This time it's the chorizo. Can't wait to try it.
