ARISES is a registered social action group working in the Tail end of Tamil Nadu State. Our Organization is working among the women who lost their dignity and life even at their homes and their respective villages since 1992. A handful of dedicated and dedicated young women and men joined together to commit themselves for cause of bring about change and development in society. A forum was formed to rally, yatra and initiate action that could set in notion the process of transformation. As a result the Agency for Rural Integrated Social Education and Sanitation (ARISES) came into existence. The main aim of ARISES program is to make the rural/tribal people to understand the value of basic and necessary knowledge about Education, Health and Sanitation through the village Development Committee, Village Educational Development Committee and other local volunteers. Besides we have got and excellent board members who will be guiding all through this program. Since, we have already experienced and dedicated field workers and Technical persons with us; we can perfectly at the integrated development with our activities. Hence, our staffs were trained in the field of Community Development at these organizations and their experts were used during the program implementation. We have already made an entry point into the target villages by our other programs.
