I did the Happiness program 15 yrs before. It was a wonderful program and beautifully designed for all group of people. I feel Happy, Energetic and Calm. Art of Living Happiness Program has brought diverse knowledge that is needed by every human being and if keenly observed can bring tremendous changes in ones body. Eventually this will help to live life to the fullest. Indeed through the simple exercises, meditation and Sudarshan Kriya, I have received peace of mind. I am willingly to extend this knowledge to my friends and relatives herein in and also outside the world. After the Happiness Program, you can come for the Sunday weekly follow up classes to this center.
