Avanika ayur is best professional kerala ayurvedic therapy center. I had disc-bulge and backpain due to prolonged sitting, I took a package of 4 months and its worth of the money. The therapist sajith was best.

I sourced this place on Google and it gave me amazing reviews, however I was little skeptical about taking the first session with them as they claim to be authentic spa center, I told them about my health concerns and they really took care of it..My first session with Miss.Anupriya who is a great masseuse, she not only gave me massage for the cost but gave me so many advices on my body and how do I take care of my health..
