Called up clinic to book an appointment. The call was not picked for almost half an hour eventhough the phone kept ringing. When the call was finally picked, the receptionist answered pretty rudely and hanged the call. If the doctors are reading this comment, you may have pretty good reputation but such behavior by your front end staff might be harmful for your reputation.

Only problem is to take appointment other wise Dr ashwath and Dr jayshree, both are very good doctors.. Receptionist are not ready to listen anything.. Even if your kid is in trouble and temp is not more than 100'f they will not listen or allow to meet doctor..

Best paediatrician in coimbatore.. the way he vaccinated my baby even though we took painful vaccination but she didn't even cry.. breastfeeding friendly doctor

The doctors are great but the employees there are worst. 4 star is only because of the employees. The phone line is always engaged when calling for appointments if you want to get appointment better go in straight at 10am in the morning.

He may be one of the best pediatrician, but the appointment process is worst worst worst worst. One of the non-sense they are doing, they will turn on the appointment mobile phone only between 10.30 AM -11.00 AM. only minimum number of appointments booked between these time, so everybody rush at that time to get the appointment. Technically not possible to connect one mobile number at a time, when 1000's of member calling at a time. Probably all will get engage tone. Because of appointment problem, its very hard to consult for child at regular intervals. Luckily, there is no medical emergency for us, if so I don't have any idea on how to manage to get appointments. It like a race to survive the life. if your call connected, then you can visit the doctor. This show that creating high demand to consult the doctor. Seems like a marketing strategy. There are lot of doctors in and around, to consult without any tension. Better prefer those doctor. Please avoid Ayush child care Clinic is my advise.
