I love some collections at this place .. Three times I have been to the shop . No shop will treat customers like thieves ..I understand that we do watch videos ,in which some people steal from shops , but just because of that they shouldn’t treat everybody as a thief . Just u open the door and enter the shop,u will be treated as thief .. I have been in coimbatore for past 20 years . I have never seen this behaviour from any shopkeepers, not even in jewellery shop. Being alert is a good thing .. but treating every customers like this is really unacceptable .. the lady over there communicate to others in shop in Telugu warning about the customers, thinking v guys knew only Tamil.. if they stop doing this and be nice to customers, they can really do well .. I don’t want to comment about the price , since I like some stuffs .. During my first visit, I have even given good review and suggested some ideas to the owner .. I really expected there would be some change in their behaviour after this long gap... I hope they grow well taking negative comments as a positive one... show good face to good customers and bad face to bad customers .. don’t show the same to everybody .. customer relationship is very important ... Too costly and low in quality....NEVER RECOMMEND.... I bought a water bottle and which has a Major leakage ,when I visit the shop with the bill to exchange the bottel and the shop person refused to accept the quality issue and not exchanged. And the reply was annoying and worst customer behavior.. Never recommend to anybody!!! "Worst buy" for me !!
Worst customer experience......no courtesy towards customer ......quality of the products are bad ......and very bad attitude and behaviours towards customer ......not going to suggest for anyone
Too costly and shop person very rude , never recommend to anybody please. Last time I bought one painting brush in your shop painting brush price Rs.90 . The same brush outside shop Rs.60 . And no quality also
