Went with some expectations being LG dealer. The name "Best Shop" is very misleading. The staff are a disinterested lot and we had to literally extract information about products from them. In between they spend more time on mobile. The product displays, seating arrangements reminded me of Government run Shops. Despite all this I placed order for a fridge. They informed that the particular model is not readily available. They asked me to pay advance and stated that they would deliver within a week. They still haven't delivered it. And also did not attend to any of my phone calls. Today when I went to show room the staff were out right rude and attitude was take it or leave it. This place is strongly not recommended for anyone
