Priya has been very helpful with the documentation process. She has always been very patient to explain the steps involved and provided good guidance throughout the process. However, I had some mixed experience with the sales team at the beginning where few information weren’t explicitly called out while signing the contract. When I raised this concern with the management (Pratibha) later, I was personally assured that I’ll get necessary help from them.
