Worst quality product... Service man attended the faults more than 16 times in 3 years and once they taken the tank to Coimbatore for repairs at my expense and of no use. Now cascade is offering me to take back the unrepairable tank for 1000 and try to sell a new one for 42,000. Never buy please..

Worst customer service... for product in warranty, they asked to ship to Coimbatore and then made us pay for the site visit and the factory checkup. And after all this, there’s raw electricity coming in the water. 0% accountability and -100% customer care. Wonder how they’re existing in the consumer electrical industry.

I buy cascade solar water heater PYREXIA model on last year. Now this get water leakage from tank and glass join place, I complaint on 18th January to till date daily but the service engineer didn't come and there is no phone calls response from Coimbatore office.
