Totally satisfied with the final product. This s my first order in chocko Choza and I was in bit of a doubt about. But when I took the delivery (Door Delivery might cost another 1000 bucks) I was totally satisfied. Surely will order for another big function. Thanks chocko Choza for making the occasion a memorable one.

I have been a die hard lover of chocko choza cakes since I started doing my UG course in Coimbatore. They are really amazing and their service is something that I feel like I should really appreciate the most because when I contacted them on the day of my mom’s birthday and asked them to deliver the cake to my house within 3 hours, they did it and that too exactly the flavor that I wanted. Thank you guys!!! You are amazing. Keep growing.

the dessert and cakes r excellent. Frindly staffs nd i lyk their taste without compromising their quality good job fr healthy products.. these guys are amazing and they delivered the cake on time. you do get a wide selection of chocolate cakes.

Except for their signature Choco brownies everything else was below average! Worst icecream I have ever had! It tasted like maida batter, when asked they said we prepared it now so the icecream is not set! In that case u shouldn't serve it! Or u should inform the customer in prior. Pizza sauce tasted like Pickle! Full points to their brownies and cupcakes though

I walked into the choc choza outlet at RS Puram today. After waiting outside for a few minutes I decided to walk in to place the order. I knew something wasn't right when I was giving the order and repeatedly asked them if they are serving snacks. They said yes and then kept staring at each other when I was ready to place the order. Then finally the senior most started making note of it. . I ordered a Italian Veg Pizza, French Fries, a shake and an ice-cream. He repeated the above order and I confirmed. I had to request them to turn on the A/C outside. After all this we waited for twenty minutes and the fries turned up. Shortly pizza followed and seemed to be mushroom pizza. My son hates mushrooms and since we were both totally famished, we decided to just go ahead and eat. I found it very strange that the pizza tasted weird, with just mushrooms that too the oyster variety and not button. But given the time they might take to sort this out I decided to stay quiet. Imagine my shock when I checked the bill presented to me to discover they had served me chicken pizza. Me, a lifetime vegetarian, couldn't speak. I just wanted to get it out of my system . I took care of that and walked out after paying the bill and decided to share my horrible experience at choco choza. How casual can you get? I have always been proud of the cakes and products that choco choza has been serving the people of Coimbatore, but if you are going to run the show with a bunch of people who don't care for your customers, you are headed for oblivion. Please don't open an eatery if you dont have the bandwidth to handle it.

I ve ordered here multiple times and don't mind the price . But the customer service especially when you vist the store is pathetic. The guy at the front desk was downright rude the last time we visited.There was oly 2 or 3 cakes on display and the natural question you would ask is why. He was rude and walked out on another customer who asked the same question . When they charge premium price we least expect good customer service. Sorely disappointed !
