Most unprofessional people I have ever seen. NO DEMO FOR THE MACHINE, NO MANUAL , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. I PURCHASED SEMI AUTOMATIC MACHINE FROM THEM. I was requesting for their machine training from day1 , they didn’t visit our place. They gave wrong labelling , so we ran the machine in reverse mode for almost 3 to 4 months After so many follow ups they came to visit our place once , solved few problems, machine worked well for few days and again problems arised. I have been following up for top wooden crushing part ( pestle) from December ( i said i will pay for it, ship it as soon as possible). Till now they didn’t atleast send a price quote, no response to messages about it. We cannot trust their words at all They don’t care about customer problems at all Even after so many calls and messages , they don’t solve machine problems. Customer is of zero value for the company.
