Nice Doctor, Talks very less, dose not interact much with patients.But worst staff. No proper Token system, Elderly heart patients, have to wait for hours. Forget this clinic if you are in a hurry.

Doctor is good but the people working here are so rude. No proper management, keep extra 2 hours of waiting while visiting this clinic. The doctor assistant is also rude with worst attitude.. These people forget that they are there to serve people. Hope this changes next time.

This is only for the doctor. 5 star... Not for receptionist are anyone.. We can't tell bad about this doctor for other reasons.. Such a great man... according to me and my experience with him of 4 years.. I'm telling this, not a money minded person, treats very nicely, not giving any etc medicine until it's need.. I know him from My delivery time at Rao Hospital... I have mvp and mild regurgitation in heart.. I found that in delivery time.. my name is Haseena, first time I visited his clinic today.. apart from doctor, he is a good man also, decently doing echo.. and decently behaving with ladies, great.. why 3 stars I donno.. he deserve 5.. Thank you.

Yeah very good one.. My grandma is consulted with him and helped by him with his service and she is alive now bcoz of him, and as many told yeah it may be true that we need to wait for along for consultation and pre-appoinntment is not considered.

Very knowledgeable and understanding, Doc has helped my dad with his pacemaker and other ailments, I wouldn't proceed anything related to heart without consulting Dr. Ramprakash.

Not based on appointments, no system, no process, no card payment, only cash waste of time Most importantly, at this covid situation, no single SOP followed. No temp check, no sanitizer, no social distancing.... too much crowd for long time, no measures taken
