Doctor is very care and good .But appointment confusion is there .If you have plan any other work after visiting the clinic.please forget....We got 10.30 am appointment ,we were able to met doctor around 1 pm.

Dr.karthick is best I would say from may previous experience he will listen and explaine the baby health and that nurse also nice talking and behaviors...

The rating is for the lady at the reception who s very rude to all.. pathetic i would say.. Dr was so clear and understood from the parents shoe.. thanks doctor.. kindly have new staff appointed... I thinktis lady will ruin ur hospitals name..

This rating is for having such a person as a receptionist. Dr.Karthick is best I would say from my previous experience, he will listen and explain the remedies in detail. But the lady at the reception is unfit for such a job. I got the appointment through Doncon(online portal which they listed in the clinic for online appointments) but the receptionist was so lethargic that she forgot to send us the cancellation notification and we ended up getting to know about the cancellation after reaching the clinic. Very kind request to the doctor to replace someone who is responsible for the job that they are doing.

Doctor is very good but both the lady receptionists are a total unfit for the job.. They don't have a relevant answer to our questions and they never bother to pick up the landline calls.. Mismanagement of patients are the main factor that needs to be looked into... Very bad experience.. Totally dissatisfied.

Treatment is good very satisfied.....I think the fees rate is high for low class people...Doctor is a good person, he explained everything detailed for my both children's....Thank you Doctor........... Every time had a bad experience from the Pharmacy people they r very lazy , talkative not responding properly , rude.... doctor please at least tell them to change their activities.....it was very irritating becoz v r in our busy schedule v have to look after our children's health and our work too..

I personally recommend him most of my freind's kids..as already told by many parents, he is too concern about kids health ...How we care our own kids he is also handle with same care...I like the way he handled my son's case very much...Thank u so much. But when it comes to administration line need to change so many things... reception ladies with a friendly manner.Need to atleast two receptionist to handle appointments alone....most of the times phones not answered... toilets r not maintained neatly.. security d kids using same toilet with cigarette waste d everything we can see..as he charging 350 Per kid should give that much facilities to the patients also.
