Cheaters. They take order. They take ur money and shipping charges. Then they don't deliver saying there is no vendor. And then they don't provide a refund. Nor can they be contacted after the issue. Utterly disappointed. Robbers. Shall complain in consumers forum.

If there was a choice to rate 0 I would. Last Saturday I had place a combo of 5 plants for a house warming function the next day morning. I had given a house warning manual message as well. The order was delivered the same day evening. The manual message that I had given online was not printed. It just said 'Dear Monika, Thanks Monika'. Also the snake plant has pesticide infection and was also damaged. I had called them and requested for replacement the next morning so that I can gift them. They informed that morning delivery isn't possible. So I requested them to pick up the item and issue complete refund. Neither of them have been done yet. Instead I'm given a refund of 349/- which they inform me it's for the damaged one. They still have my 1000/- which they are simply not ready to refund. All I'm asking is for them to pick up the item and issue me my complete refund once they receive the return. I haven't got it for my personal use. It was supposed to be a gift which was to be given last week. I don't want the plants for myself. The first and final worst experience from ferns and petals.

Quick response n right time delivered Thank you Srihari I stay in different city I Order a surprise cake with msg for my sister b'day...placed orders on the same day morning and got it delivered by evening .. Thank you once again to share my happiness n with bunch of sweet surprise to my sister.

Freshness of Flower 3.5 Arrangement 3 Flower delivery Gift delivery Do not order gift separately from the flowers. It will not reach the same or the next day. Even after 2 days the delivery would not have even left the place of Orgin. So please be CAUTIOUS in that area.
