Good hospital. My wife was admitted here for delivery. They tried their best to make sure that it was a normal delivery and it was. Dr.Suma is an excellent doctor. We have been taking our kid to this hospital for vaccination and for other consultations since the last two years. The experience has always been good.

Very very poorly maintained management.They don't know the meaning of hospitality in hospital. The hospital runs successfully only because of Dr.Suma and her team . I was allocated room in first floor on the first day of admission, then forcefully shifted to second floor on the next day . The heater in the room burst while I was in the room . Money doesn't matter but such a poor quality room, that could take a life ? The next day due to this reason I was shifted to third floor where the screen in my room was half broken. Saw lizards and cockraches. The rooms in this hospital cant be worser...was so disappointed but had to go through it all just because wanted to be treated by suma and her team .

Excellent hospital with dedicated team of doctors who are kind and patient. My wife delivered our first baby here this week. Dr Narmadha is really a great human being and she keeps giving confidence and assurance to her patients from the time they come for op consultation till delivery labor room. She is very calm and composed and answers all.questions patiently. Under the guidance of Dr. Suma , the team of doctors dr narmadha , dr Gayatri and others here provide wonderful care. They make sure to keep the patient and the family informed of all the updates happening with pregnancy and during labor. The building is a bit old but the rooms are maintained well. It's a no frillls hospital unlike the corporate chains who spend unnecessary money on showing off with swanky furnishing and tiling. They concentrate on what is required like providing good patient care and maintaining cleanliness. The nurses are responsive and do their duty on time . Some of the reviews here accuse the doctor of going for a c section unnecessarily. However in my wife's case they took time as long as required, close to 10 hours, for the labor to proceed naturally and the baby to get delivered. At no point in time I felt that they were money minded and trying to go for a c section. I believe ultimately the doctors take the call based on the complications in the labor room which can be misinterpreted by some patients. Thank u Narmadha mam and Suma mam. Special mention to the dietician mam gave the right instructions and helped for natural delivery. This hospital just feels right. You can go for it for a enjoyable delivery experience.

Such a worst hospital. Dr. Suma did lot of body shaming for an over weight client who came for delivery. Kindly avoid this hospital. No proper car parking and food worst to the core. Fee was extremely high. Not at all recommended and Dr. Suma. Client get in to depression because of her. Staffs and other doctors are ok but definitely not Dr. Suma she is such a rude human. They dont encourage for normal delivery. Dr. Suma is selling her service and manipulating things. People please dont go to this hospital. 2

Hi, I delivered my girl baby on 13th October 2020 evening @7:19 pm, delivery was done by the goddess of gynecologist Mrs.Gayathiri madam. I should thank Gayathri madam from the bottom of my heart, she is the mother to pregnant women's, her support and kindness was awesome.Her motivation made my delivery smoother, if it was some other hospital they would have suggested for a surgery. Thanks Gayathri mam...Me & family can never forget your support. Though Ganga hospital is very old building their hospitality was amazing, fantabulous hospitality, service by nurses, operations team & admin team. My special thanks to the Team of Dr's Mrs. Narmadha madam gynecologist, she shared her valuable time with me and my Daughter....so kind of you mam. Dr.Suganya - pediatric - A simple women and down to earth....thank you mam...would luv visiting you again with my daughter to admire your smile. Dr.Ramani - pediatric - Thank you soo much, Your advise and motivation was very supportive in this pandemic. A very nice hospital, spending a week in a room would be a stress if it is other than GANGA Hospital, every women will feel like a home away from home.

Really worst doctor ever met. From my personal experience for my wife in 2020, she was continue her check ups from 32 weeks( till that she consulted in dubai) with this suma doctor in ganga hospital because of my wife's parents suggestion but even I was not interested with this doctor from reviews. Till 38 weeks my wife was fine and no issues to baby and her, once she got pain in morning daytime went to doctor and she confirmed it is labour pain and baby head is reach down perfectly and ask to put pain injection for conducting covid tast outside their lab which is little far and after noon admitted her. Again at mid night 2.30 she got labour pain ,at that time sister put pain injection again and said doctor will morning 9.00am only. Then around 12.00pm doctor called me and told uterus is broken and leaked , cervix opening is small and baby may eat waste then it will be risk let's wait one hour, then for pain relief they put another injection by getting my signature. Every one hour she told same thing at last evening 4.00 she said baby is at risk will do c section, we are helpless without any word and our baby is discharged after 5 days by keeping in NICU. So from my own experience, I never recommend this doctor. By giving 3 times pain relief injection unnecessarily ,they were saying needed LSCS. When we asking something, she is rude like ,we are saving baby's life. So having everything normal she made a normal delivery on to ciserian

Very bad experience with the gynaecologist Dr.Suma Natarajan she doesn't know how to talk to patients nor treat them.The staff was also very rude and the Dr told problems which I didn't even have..she took the scan and told DNC is a must and have to pay about more than 20,000 since we were not ready as we were not prepared for the DNC we told we would take a decision regarding that but they were like "what decision I have to take" which frustrated them so much so that they refused to even give the scan report Dont ever go to this hospital especially to that doctor whom i have mentioned

Excellent team of dedicated doctors under the guidance of Dr Suma Natarajan. They are in fact the living Gods.Had a very good experience with all the staff.May the entire group reach the pinnacle of glory.Any one who comes to this hospital are in safe hands. Dr suma mam,Dr Gayathri mam,Dr Narmatha mam,Dr Bhuvaneshwari mam,Dr Ananthi mam, dietician mam,all need special mention. The only thing that the hospital lacked is the parking space for the vehicles
