Very Poor quality of Service provided. I called them to service my chimney Exhaust system, and the service person collected the part from my chimney. After 15 days, I'm still awaiting for the person to come, and when I called him, I'm not getting the proper response. I will not purchase ANY more items from GLEN.

The service turn around time is very poor. We live in Coimbatore city, on August 12, 2017 there was a gas leak with the glen stove and we immediately called the service center for help. Actually the stove had a burst of flame and I got a minor burnt. In spite of requesting the service center to come and help us to fix the issue in the stove, there was no response. I have to call them almost everyday to hear the same reply that someone will come by today to repair but non turned up. I am really shocked at the customer service response. I really want the top management to consider this case and improve their service.
