Dear All, My humble request , Don’t go with them Very bad Claim settlement , Surveyor reported after 2 days and partial approval... My eco sport first claim in 6 Year is not approved in full I am taking it legally Please be careful

They have a lift which have no sensor I stuck my hand like in 127 hours film for almost 3minutes with pain. A very old watchman almost cried. A woman screams. And a boss like man says we don't use lift and he has nothing in head for next step. Some frequent daily wager off the lift and lift slightly removes from hand. Ironic I went for insurance. No notice of anything in lift. amateur response by hdfc ergo life insurance offline.. don't go for it

The services of HDFC ERGO general insurance company is very good and I went to provide documents towards my two wheeler met with an accident. The claim can be filled online and submitted. The surveyor called and collected the documents and completed the survey immediately. Hassle free service and very user friendly.

Even u get insurance u can't claim anything immediately. 2yrs have to wait till then u need to pay EMI and get benefits.

Be care ful with this company. They have renewed my policy even after my refusal mail and without my acceptance and knowledge they had debited the amount in my credit card criminally.
