Very poor costumer service. I've been waiting to for my refund of the deposit amount for 2 months. I did not get any response from them. Very worst experience inspite of paying all the bills during the stay. I was charged even after i vacated the pg. If you raise an enquiry to the costumer service, they dont reply to your mail. I have sent tons of mails regarding this issue. I regret being there! Please don't choose this to stay. If you have a lot money that you dont care about you can stay! You wont get back your money even in half. Worst ever!

! A beautiful property with a team of the most inefficient property managers who don't even know what they do or why the do ! suffered much due to non availability of water and power for many days.Didnt even arrange for other alternative sources .The property managers can't even monitor who's going in n whose coming out of the apartment.N they call and pester to pay rent before time so that then only they wd get their salary fast it seems ! Flush and water jet wasn't working since occupancy and these people did ntn even after many notifications ! No proper maintainance ! And the property is not safe on my perspective as any one may come n move out at any time n there is no security guide at night where he is actually supposed to be ! Looted money from security deposit completely .worst place I've ever chosen . I'm not biased these are my personal experiences with team hello world , Spring .i must say the property is pretty much good but it lacks appropriate personnel to manage it and keep it n good condition and respond to the query of the tenants.highhhhhy disappointed !

I joined on Feb 1st in Hello World. Most of the time Water Problem, Internet Connectivity. No proper response from the Hello world authorities. If any problems all the officials will switch of the phone and abscond. That too top Level management is very poor. I have vacated my space but still they have not yet refunded my security deposit. It been 3 months i vacated the space. They told due to covid 19 refund is delayed. But if we delayed paying rent they will daily charge 100 rupees as penalty. Without any proper split-up they will collect excessive amount from us. Worst PG Don’t choose Hello World. We will be falling for the infrastructure. But they will steal all your money.

Overall the rooms and location is good. But the only problem is, I didn't get my refund amount till now even though I vacated the room on February 8th. I sent nearly 8 mails related to this issue but they did not respond for even one for mail. IT IS REALLY IRRITATING AND DISAPPOINTING. If I get response from one of emails, I would think to upgrade the ratings. Let see..

They won't follow the terms and conditions mentioned in agreement. Totally different after this pandemic. Commercial EB charge too headache
