Hi I purchased 500 ltrs Solar water heater for 75000/- Very poor service, when they installed in my residency at perambalur, with in 5 days the water started leaking both sides from inlet as well as from outlet of the solar water heater, informed the sales person, in the warranty period also he does not attend the call. very very poor service.

Hi I purchased 300 ltrs Solar water heater for 38000/- I have experienced Very poor service, when they installed in my house at SaravanamPatti, the solar tank was damaged and during that time am new solar water heater system and I was not fully aware of it, the water started leaking both sides from inlet as well as from outlet of the solar water heater, informed the sales person, everytime he give some lame excuse and the problem never got fixed, after the warranty period he does not attend the call. Bottom line price wise it's cheaper but very unprofessional service support and no values given to the customers, it's a substandard product.
