Poor service and false promises. Ordered about 2000 Monier roof tiles and about 100 damaged at time of delivery. At the time of sales was promised to replace if any damages but on delivery was said it is usual for tiles to get damaged on delivery. Roofing related material on order was missed on delivery and an year now and still chasing on refund. Neither the price is a bargain here, there are Monier dealers in coimbatore with better service and price.
