Today, 1st July 2020, visited them for vehicle policy & certificate. EXCELLENT Arrangements made by them due to Corona rules. Just 10% staff, screening at entrance, sanitizer immediately on entering, alternate chair vacant, just one security personnel doubling up as receptionist, he took my phone in which online payment was seen, and within just 5 minutes handed me Original Policy & certificate, neatly folded in their envelope. HATS OFF TO YOU, SIRS, for your EXCELLENT SERVICE.
