Absolutely pathetic place. They promise a lot but in reality they don't even meet 10% of their promises. In my case, which was fairly large order, JB Arts promised to deliver at my home by 2:00 pm. When the delivery did not happen, I called them up. They informed that the delivery will be done 6pm. When that didn't happen, I called and informed that I coming to their office to collect and keep everything ready. When I reached there nothing was ready. They had to search and get my things, pack it and make the bill. All this despite the fact I had given 100% advance. When I opened the package that in one lot of stickers there was spelling mistake and another set of foam boards were of wrong dimensions. After many requests JB Arts agreed to redo these two lots. Now the story is repeating itself. They informed that items will be ready by 11 O'clock today. I reached by 11:15, and still waiting for the items..... The new time given is 1:30 pm.... When I checked with nearby shops they were doing at 12% lesser cost and time frame is 2 hours. I have given almost a similar order at 11:00 an and just now I received a call from them it will be ready soon and I can pick it up at 1PM. That shops name is Rahim and Co. It is less than 3 minutes walking distance from JB Arts.
