Its simply a mental asylum. I mistakenly took 8 pcs of (L size) brief instead of (M), but the lady owner refused to accept take exchange just after the bill. Even after explaining that i was my mistake in a polite way, she shouted like junk. Doesn't know how to handle customers. Never gonna come or suggest anyone..

Very worst customer service. The lady with specs, who sits on chair behaved rudely(SUDHAA). I went for buying T-shirts, and the white one was with strain left. When i asked to find me another one, she replied my hands are dirty so asked me to wash before touching things. Pathetic women and mentally ill. Even sales staffs wearing keeping quite, i felt embraced and left the place.. Better to visit brookfield mall, they have huge collections and supportive staffs..
