JRD builder was very honest and professional in his dealings with us. They are easy to get in touch with and in constant communication with us during the construction period. They are happy to assist and answer all of my questions. Though I was out of country while my construction was going on, JRD took care of everything, and they were keep updating me on a whatsapp group. I could customize the villa as per my taste, I was allowed to choose the brands I required for tiles, fittings, etc... I highly recommend JRD for tension free villa construction. Deepak and his father was very supportive and expressed professionalism in conversations i had.
I am really happy that I choose JRD the work is been with in the time frame. I am glad I had Mr.Deepak rajendran who designed my dream house and I am also thankful to my building supervisor . I was happy with administration and manager who always assured everything will be done in time. I am really happy that I finally going to move in my dream.
