This is for Dr. Pratibhan. I have no words to describe him but he's the best doctor I have come across so far. Thank you for being so patient and caring and understanding always. Your patience is what kept me coming back and your understanding about my situation and my phobias to needles. Keep it up and thank you so much. Multi specialty. Coverage for many services (ref photo). Facility is quite big than you would imagine it. Pharmacy is at the gate, and once you enter the gate there is a lot of space for parking where they would not let you park. Patients come and go, doctors come once and leave after many hrs. Instead of provisioning front parking for patients they have tried vice versa. Waiting room is huge and they have enough staff at front desk busy on their own discussions and they charge only 30rs for registration (which is good) and you get to wait quite a bit before you go in. But after you enter the doctor room to the way they treat, it's quite very good standard and excellent, my first visit was to the skin doctor. He was kind and had modern equipments. We were charged 250 for consulting. Overall good experience. But their Staff really needs to be trained and coached to do real patient care.!

Very poor service.. My mom went for emergency dressing because of an accident.. They made her sit for half an hour and they denied to do dressing.. They asked her itself to get TT from pharmacy.. They didn't act fast and asking the patient to get medicines to treat for an emergency is unacceptable.. In case of emergencies, please don't prefer this hospital..

Sep 19, 2020 @ 16.10 hrs. While entering the hospital for the treatment of my mother, there is no proper hospitality/ reception and staff in the reception unit having indecent behaviour which is lead to spoil the name of hospital. I strongly expressed my condonation.
